Account Information				To be eligible for prizes-draw
	Name	Qismat (KISMAT)			Minimum balance should be USD100 or Afs 5000 to be kept for minimum one month. Only accounts that have been opened on or before the cut off date decided by the Bank & as per criterion of minimum balance are eligible for the draw. Each unit presently (USD100 or Afs 5000) will be eligible for one Unit/one chance or multiples of these amounts multiply his/her units/chances to win. By keeping more amount/for longer period customer can increase his/her chances to win. The minimum number of units required to participate in the draw is one.

The amount eligible for draw must be with the bank for a minimum period of one month before the cutoff date of each draw or from the date of deposit. Balance of the account as on the cutoff date of draw will be eligible for draw.

Terms & Conditions
	Date of QISMAT draw and venue will be decided/can be amended by the Bank.
	The prize money/item and the number of prizes will be decided by the Bank.
	The winners name will be displayed at the Branches' notice boards and on the bank’s web site i-e http://www.azizibank.com
	Bank reserves the right to change any terms and conditions at any time.
	The Bank will put the “QISMAT” name , Bank’s name & logo displayed on the prizes and winners are obliged to keep the same on the prize for minimum period of one year
	Shareholders/Staff of Azizi Bank will not be eligible to participate in the scheme.
