Azizi Bank donates stationaries & essentials to orphans in Kabul – 24th April 2017
As part of the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program, a team from Azizi Bank along with the Deputy CEO, Mr. Abdul Fatah Karimi, distributed school bags, note books and other amenities including food and toys to more than 120 orphans and deprived children of Shamsa Children Village - Orphanage located at the vicinity of 15th district of Kabul City. The team spent quality time with all the children, played few games and promised to continue the series of such assistance in future.
While distributing the gifts amongst the children, Azizi Bank Deputy CEO briefed the audience about the bank’s CSR initiatives and said that Azizi Bank will allocate even more budget for such activities in the coming years. Respected Deputy CEO also appreciated the humanitarian services of the orphanage’s management team.
Director of the orphanage – Mrs. Nadera Kharoti thanked Azizi Bank for its support for the orphans and deprived children and wished the bank will continue to serve the nation in the future as well.
More than 120 orphans live in Shamsa Children Village and all of them are enrolled in various private and government schools around Kabul.
